Custom Board Bags

Here at Stash-it we specialise in making custom board bags. Custom board bag forms are provided below, which you can print a copy of follow the instructions and we will whizz it up for you in a flash.

If you are able you can bring your board (or boards) into our workshop and we can quickly measure them up to make a pattern. At the same time we can discuss all the different options with you. We have a variety of fabrics available to choose from, or you may like something unique which we can provide with our recycled billboard graphics.

It is also possible to do this over the phone or just by using the forms provided.

SUP Board Bags

SUP case covered in recycled billboard graphics for that unique one off appeal. We made this for a client wanting to take his SUP, a longboard and a shortboard overseas. The fully padded case ticked all the boxes.

SUP case – our client choose this colour combination of camo and grey which looked great . Fully padded with a handle on the top , side and both ends. Compression straps and a padded adjustable detachable shoulder strap. You could get your whole life into one of these cases!!

Surf Life Savings Clubs

Made specially for the Mangawhai Heads Life saving club who had a selection of 10’6” and 8’ 6” paddle boards that needed protecting. They also wanted them branded with their club name. We used the warning orange PVC on the nose with their club artwork and the same PVC on the tail with ‘fragile’ artwork. The finished product looked great and hopefully there will be less chance of the bags wandering with the logo on.

Wave Ski Bags

This case was custom made for a wave ski with a shaped gusset and fin slots. Fully padded with a handle on the top and side and a padded adjustable detachable shoulder strap.

This is a custom wave ski case we made with the cardboard core on top demonstrating the paddle straps. Fully padded with a handle on both the top and side and a padded adjustable detachable shoulder strap.

More examples of custom made fully padded wave ski cases with fin slots, compression straps a handle on the top and side and a padded adjustable detachable shoulder strap. The gussets are custom shaped for each individual board.

Board Bags

	Another example of a custom made case. This one was made to accommodate two 23” wide kneeboards. Internal and external compression straps. Fully padded with a handle on the top and side and a padded adjustable detachable shoulder strap.

	These are a couple of tow-in boards we made covers for with cutouts for the foot straps to stop them being flattened. The bags are fully padded with hand handle, shoulder straps and heavy-duty zip extending up the side of the bag.

Board Bags

These are 2 fully padded triple surfboard cases we made for a couple of international travelers. Internal and external compression straps / handle on the top and side and a padded adjustable detachable shoulder strap.

We have made 10 of these cases for kiteboards and their kites. They’re fully padded with internal and external compression straps a handle on the top and side and a padded adjustable detachable shoulder strap. We branded them for our client and he is very happy with them.

Quad Case

Fully padded case to take a quiver of 4 boards - we reinforced all the ends with ripstop PVC in case it got dragged. The client didn’t want to buy a case with wheels as the weight of them cost too much in excess baggage. It was a huge case but our client is stoked with the way it’s performing.
