Mountain Bike Bag - Travel

Our client for this bike case loved pigs so we sorted out these graphics for them which they were delighted with. This was a thickly padded bag with a heavy-duty zip that fully opened to pack the two wheels into their separate pockets and the frame into the middle of the case. One of the wheel pockets have a couple of pockets on the outside of extra 'bits and pieces'.  We made a hand handle that velcroed together at the top with a padded adjustable detachable shoulder strap.

Tandem Bike Bag

This bag was made to accommodate a tandem bike for international travel. Our client wanted something different that stood out so we covered the front with some graphics off a recycled billboard showing a cool map of NZ. This case was fully padded with internal and external compression straps and handles both sides & both ends. We attached FRAGILE warning both sides and a large luggage label on the front.

Boxed Bike Bag

We made this bag around a cardboard bike  box for a client who travelled around France for 6 weeks - he was stoked with the bags performance and has since arranged one for his friend for a second trip they did together. The bag is made from heavy-duty 680gram PVC with velcro closure / compression straps at the top / padded adjustable detachable shoulder strap with a hand handle in the front to assist with carrying.

Fold Up Bike Bag

This is a custom heavy-duty PVC bag we made for a fold up bike that a client was travelling with. The zip was made to fully open to make packing easy - heavy-duty zip with two slides and the bottom of the bag was reinforced and padded, with a shoulder strap to carry.

Team Bike Travel Bags

These 5 bags were made for the Red Bull bike team. They were concerned that the bags did not weigh too much for international travel. The bags were constructed from a 600gram PVC backed polyester with sleeves internally on all 4 sides with velcro at the top to slide plastic sheeting into to protect the bikes. There is an internal tool pocket and the bag has a velcro closure with a hand handle, compression straps at the top and a padded adjustable detachable shoulder strap.
